Leon Fleisher has the most famous right hand in classical music - famous because for 30 years of his life it didn’t work! Hailed as “the pianistic find of the century” in this teens, he enjoyed a fifteen year period of worldwide acclaim in the 1950s and 60s, before a neurological disease lost him the use of his right hand.
